Pakistan do not have a foreign minister, surprise? No surprise, who needs a foreign minister, when General Kayani is doing such a splendid job for free? What ever happens around him, i.e. proxy war, drown attack, foreign raid, missile attack, border clash, hot pursuit, suicide attack, guerrilla attack... General Kayani never loses his temper, does not retaliate (except for puffing up a cigarette), remains polite and is always cool and composed like a true diplomat.
Unlike previous foreign ministers, Khurshid Kasoori and Shah Mahmood Qureshi, General Kayani is a very professional person and never crosses his limits.
General Ishfaq Pervaiz Kayani has got such a dynamic personality, he can handle foreign office, he can handle politics, he can handle home ministry, he can handle defense matters like DHA deals etc, and off course he is at his worst when it comes to military affairs. Although, Admiral Mike Mullen visits Pakistan frequently for guiding General Kayani, but he will need another three years of job extension to master this trade (General Kayani's current job extension ends in 2013).
