Peace drowned by Drone

The Chieftian of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, Hakimullah Mehsud, has been killed in a drone strike, and with him have drowned expectations of peace in the region.

Just when a Pakistan Government delegation was to leave for talks with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, a US Drone strike targeted a vehicle used by TTP Chief Hakimullah Mehsud with Hell Fire missiles in North Waziristan and killed Meshud with four accomplices.

"A remotely piloted US aircraft fired two missiles at a house in the Dandi Darpakhel area, one kilometre north of Miramshah, the headquarters of North Waziristan, around 7:15 PM" a Security Official told.

Officially, the Government was quick to denounce the deadly drone strike which, analysts believe, could scuttle an embryonic peace process with the TTP.

Since 2004, the United States has always conspired to sabotage Pakistan's efforts to hold peace talks with the insurgents using Drone Strikes.

Indian Rouge Army

Indian Military has been involved in sensitive covert operations in Pakistan as well as their homeland India.

A special unit called Technical Services Division was setup by Indian Army Chief General Vijay Kumar Singh for sensitive covert operations in Pakistan for assisinating alledged Mumbai Attack Mastermind, Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Hafiz Saeed.

"Our main task was to combat the rising trend of state-sponsored terrorism by the ISI and we had developed contacts across the Line of Control in a bid to infiltrate Hafiz Saeed’s inner circle," an Official who served with the controversial Technical Services Division said.

Army documents, reveal the Senior-Most Officers signed off on the formation of this Unit. File No A/106/TSD and 71018/ MI give details of approvals by the Director General Military Intelligence, Vice-Chief and Chief of Army Staff.

However, soon the unit started spiying on Indian Defence Ministry Officials through off-the-air interceptors - was raised as a strategic force multiplier for preparing, planning and executing special operations "Inside depth areas of countries of interest and countering enemy efforts within the country by effective covert means."

The TSD - which reported directly to General VK Singh - also used Secret Service Funds to initiate a PIL against Current Chief General Bikram Singh.

Reported during October 2012, secret funds were paid to an NGO to file the PIL, in a bid to stall Bikram Singh’s appointment as Chief of Staff.

Though covert operations were formally shut down by Indar Kumar Gujral when he was Prime Minister in 1997, sources reveal the TSD carried out several such operations within and outside the country — such as Operation Rehbar 1, 2 and 3 in Kashmir, Operation Seven Sisters in North-Eastern India and Operation Deep Strike in Pakistan.

Furthermore, the TSD also tapped the phones of J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and of his colleagues in the Cabinet during the protracted faceoff in 2011 between the government and the Army over the Armed Forces Special Powers Act.

Snooping activities by TSD were first picked up by the J&K Police in Jammu, and the Chief Minister was subsequently informed. It was a DIG-Level Officer of the J&K Police who apprised his Senior Officers about alleged surveillance activity being carried out from the Sunjwan camp in Jammu and a private house rented by the TSD in a housing colony at Channi Himmat in Jammu.

A Police Team was deployed to cross-check, and it came back with the confirmation. Moreover, the snooping was also confirmed to the Chief Minister later by a Senior Army Officer.

Moin Khan - Always part of Pakistan's defeat against Zimbabwe

Pakistan Team Manager Moin Khan has defended the side from the criticisms following their humiliating win against Zimbabwe in the Second Test, saying that their overall performance was "Satisfactory".

Moin Khan, who somehow or other has always been part of Pakistan's loses against minnows Zimbabwe in 1995, 1998 and 2013, believes that the team does not to apologise for their results as they are not unusual.

According to Khan, the conditions suited Zimbabwe more than Pakistan during the Second Test, although he admitted that Pakistan had played badly in both the one-day and the Test match that they lost. However, it is important not to demoralize players and instead take measures to boost their confidence.

What's More - Whatmore

What's more Whatemore? If not winning against Ireland after six years wasn't enough, Pakistan has now lost against Zimbabwe after fifteen (15) years. Back then, Pakistan lost to arguably the most formidable Zimbabwe side in history - one that was capable of standing up to the best International Sides. With the cricketing climate in the country having undergone a drastic change since then, any victory by current setup against a top side will be remembered for long.

Update 14th September:
Zimbabwe has again stunned Pakistan by winning Second Test at Harare.

The great escape from Dera Jail

It was cowardice, it was failure of nevers, however, it wasn't intelligence failure that caused Dera Ismail Khan's Central Prison debacle.

Although, Chief Minister Khyber-Pakhtunkhuwa, Pervaiz Khattak, and his Government were usually quick to blame that no intelligence was shared with them. However, it’s not that the attack caught the Local Authorities by surprise. Actually yes it did. It wasn’t an intelligence failure, though, but a security failure on the part of the Provincial Government. On the 26th, 27th, and 28th of July, Three Top-Secret Urgent Memos were sent from Local Intelligence Authorities to the Provincial Government, repeatedly warning that an attempt on the jail was imminent. But nothing happened. Well, a lot happened. But nothing from the Provincial Government’s side.

Earlier, about two hundred (200) Tehreek-e-Taliban Fighters, lead by Umar Khitab, broke their fasts in Tank and in three flanks left for Dera Ismail Khan to rescue and bring back fourty eight (48) very valuable comrades imprisoned in the Dera Ismail Khan's Central Prison.

The daring attack was masterminded by Adnan Rasheed, who gained fame for his assassination attempt on then President General Pervez Musharraf, and was himself serving time in Bannu Prison, i.e. till he himself was jail broken, along with hundreds of other comrades. And that incident was termed as "Total collapse of ANP Government and Law & Order in KP" by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman, Imran Khan.

The Dera Jail attack commenced half hour before min-night, and the attackers came through the main entrance, as the Jail Defenders simply threw down their weapons, and stood aside.

The attackers started searching for their comrades and within half an hour, they were on their way back – with the fourty eight (48) they came for, and another one ninty four (194) for good measure.

The return route was the same as when they came, and they Victoriously reached Waziristan, where they were given Heroes’ Welcome.

Later, Adnan Rasheed, who seems to be a specialist in Jailbreaks, said "We know where our brothers are being held captive in jails across the country. It is part of our jihad to help free our brothers and rest assured that we will free them, soon."

However, Imran Khan had different thoughts and he stubornly stood by his words.

The Court deemed Imran Khan's reply as inadequate. The words allegedly used for the Judiciary can be punishable by law according to the Court’s decision at the end of the hearing.

Earlier, Imran Khan said "I have not done or said anything that is punishable by law, my statements were made in the interest of democracy in Pakistan".

Imran Khan had vowed on that he would "Stand by his Stance", even if it meant he is sentenced and disqualified from being elected into the assemblies, and said "If this is contempt, then I do not think they know the meaning of contempt."

Run Commando Run

Commando General Pervaiz Musharraf repeated his famous words "Run Run" (Daba Daba) as he escaped from the premises of the Islamabad High Court after the cancellation of his bail in the Judges Detention Case.

Immediately after the bail cancellation, police tried to reach the Former Military Dictator but he was escorted by his personal security, fleeing in his Bullet-Proof Black Four-Wheeler. It was a repetation of words "Run Run" (Daba Daba), which he spelled out during famous assisnation attempt carried against him in December 2004.

Moreover, in the Detailed Verdict issued by the Islamabad High Court ordered for Terrorism to be added to the list of charges against the Former Military Dictator. The order further said that Musharraf’s exit from the Court earlier during the day warranted for Separate Charges to be filed against him.

According to police, after departing from the Court premises, Musharraf had reached his farmhouse in Chak Shahzad, which has recently been declared as Sub-Jail.

Ayaz Amir the Traitor

Former MNA of Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) Ayaz Amir has been declared a "Traitor" by the Election Commission of Paksitan for his Anti-State Writings.

An objection was register with the Local Office of the Election Commission saying Ayaz Amir's Columns were in conflict with the Ideology of Pakistan. Over which, the returning Office rejected Ayaz Amir’s papers and referred them back to the Election Commission of Pakistan.

Amir, who had filed nomination papers for the NA-60 seat from Chakwal said "Some local journalist raised objections on some of my columns, claiming they were against the Ideology of Pakistan and Islam".

According to the Constitution of Pakistan, one cannot be a member of Parliament if he "Violates Islamic Injunctions," or has "Worked against the Integrity of the Country or opposed the Ideology of Pakistan."

However, by declaring someone a Traitor, the Election Commission of Pakistan has clearly overstepped it's jurisdiction, as it is solely Judiciary's right.

We want Imran Khan to be the next Care Taker PM of Pakistan

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has categorically rejected the names of all nominatees for the post of Caretaker Prime Minister, i.e. either by the Ruling Party or the Opposition, and instead called for nomination of Party Chairman Imran Khan as Caretaker Premier, claiming that only he can deliver in such small tenure (90 / 60 Days).

"Imran Khan is the only one who can deliver in such small tenure, in fact he can deliver in One Day Premiership" said PTI Information Secretary Shafqat Mahmood.

Earlier, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan, addressing a Press Conference, maintained that the Caretaker Prime Minister should be an honest and visionary person who do not belongs to the Parliament.

"The candidate must be honest, visionary and should not belong to the Parliament and should avoid inking any agreement on which the Successive Government would face embarrassment" he said, adding that only Free and Fair Elections can save the country from any future debacle.

Imran Khan can sense that, this is the best opportunity he will ever get to get hold on Premiership, because the Constitution's disqualification clauses are not applicable on Caretaker Primer Minister. It is worth noted that according to Article 63-1-h of the Constitution, a person involved in Immoral Activities, such as Sita White Case, cannot become a member of Parliament.

Nawaz Sharif's Agents are disrupting PTI Elections

Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz)'s Agents are fueling rivalaries between contestants in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's Election Rumble, as tempers ran hot at the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s Second Attempt to hold Party Elections. Several strong groups are contending for top party slots in Punjab. The differences were expressed by throwing chairs and hurling abuse at each other.

At Shah Rukn-e-Alam Colony, Multan, the Political Hub of South Punjab, Election had been delayed last month following a brawl between Party Workers. For the second time, the main contestants, Ijaz Janjua and Khalid Warraich, picked a fight in front of voters. Janjua said Warraich was not eligible to contest elections, even vote, because he was registered as a voter in Union Council-11 and a Court had issued a stay order regarding his Election.

Supporters of the both Candidates were seen chanting slogans against each other and openly bribing voters.

PTI Election Commissioner Masood Sadiq had an interesting comment on the incident. He said the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) Leaders in Multan had arranged for the ruckus to sabotage their peaceful Elections. "They have been sending their ‘Agents’ to disrupt the process. Despite that, over 4,000 votes were cast today" said Sadiq.

Some of the party workers were seen wrecking and torching vehicles owned by Opposing Candidates and their supporters. They lashed out at each other for several hours before a group turned on the ballot box. They broke the box, tore some of the ballots and threw others to the wind. Sadiq, the Election Commissioner, was also said to have been attacked. Officially, the Elections have been postponed till further announcement.

Skirmishes among Rival Groups weren’t confined to Multan. Elections further in Muzafargarh were postponed for the Third Time. Rival Candidates and their workers had accused each other of rigging the Election and attacking each other’s supporters. Major candidates in the district include Nawabzada Ahmad Khan and Shahid Mustafa Qureshi. Qureshi accused Khan of stealing Ballot Papers before a brawl broke out between their Supporters.

Tahir-ul-Qadri asks Queen to intervene

After grueling days in Supreme Court of Pakistan, Canadian National, Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri has appealed to Canadian Queen Elizabeth II for intervention and stopping his continuous disgrace, and off course Reconstitution of the Election Commission of Pakistan.

Tehzeeb Ali takes Six-For against South Africa

Pakistani Pace Bowler, Tehzeeb Ali took Six-For in only his Second Test against South Africa at Centurion.

Tehzeeb (Rahat) Ali didn't had the best of debuts at Johannesburg, and now playing in only his Second Test, his inexperience showed and his bowling deteriorated. It was almost an injustice as he grabbed Six Wickets for 127 runs, conceding Six No-Balls and Six Wides. Furthermore, his shelling of an absolute sitter off AB de Villiers at Fine-Leg made him a laughing stock, but he silenced the doubters with a Six-For that ended South Africa's First Innings at 409. With debutant Ehsan Adil struggling with a leg injury, Saeed Ajmal understandably not at his most dangerous this early in the Test, and Mohammad Irfan tiring towards the end of the innings, Tehzeeb was the most successful in an inexperienced Pakistan Attack.

Proposed & Postponed Super League

The Proposed Super League, Pakistan's franchise-based Twenty20 Tournament, has been Indefinitely Postponed for the organizers to sort out Logistical Issues.

The PSL, which is run by the Pakistan Cricket Board, was supposed to be held between 26th March 26 and 7th April in Pakistan but a PCB statement said the delay was to give investors more time to submit bids and also to avoid scheduling conflicts with other cricket tournaments.

"The decision to move away from the planned dates of the PSL is an extremely difficult one but for the benefit of all stakeholders and the League" PSL Managing Director Salman Sarwar Butt said. "The PCB management has decided to reschedule the event and move it to a period where there are fewer scheduling conflicts, and the stakeholders get enough time to develop their Business Plans".

"Over fifteen (15) Potential Franchise Buyers, around ten (10) Top Broadcasters and various Potential Sponsors from large business houses have collected the bid documents and shown extremely keen interest in acquiring respective rights" Butt said. "However, there are several other investors who would like us to give them more time for our various rights".

For security reasons, there were suggestions to stage the PSL outside Pakistan but the PCB decided to keep it in the country, in line with the league's stated objective of "Improving the image of the country and revival of International Cricket".

Let's hope the Postponement of Proposed Super League ends soon.

Mustache- PTI's new Electoral Symbol

Due to superficial similarity between Mustache and Tarazoo (Scale), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has decided to apply for a Mustache (Tsunami Justice) as Party Symbol in the upcoming General Elections, while keeping Lota (Tsunami Revolution), Cup (Tsunami in a Tea Cup), Hill (Tsunami Hill), Water (Tsunami Wave) and Feeder (Tsunami Youth) as alternate Party Symbols.

Earlier, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Jamaat-e-Islami had formally applied to the Election Commission of Pakistan last year in a bid to reserve Tarazoo (Scale) as Election Symbol.

However, after heated argumentation from both parties, the Election Commission of Pakistan has decided to allot Tarazoo (Scale) to Jamaat-e-Islami as Party Symbol for the upcoming general elections. The decision was taken during a meeting headed by Chief Election Commissioner Justice (Retd) Fakhruddin G Ebrahim.

The Election Commission is considering Lota (Tsunami Revolution), Cup (Tsunami in a Tea Cup), Hill (Tsunami Hill), Water (Tsunami Wave) and Feeder (Tsunami Youth) as alternate Party Symbols for PTI.

Sheikh-ul-Insaf promises another Week-Off for Islooites

While Islooites are reeling from all that they have witnessed during Sheikh-ul-Islam Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri's Long March - the Biggest Sit-In ever witnessed on the main thoroughfare of the city for the longest time, another revolutionary, Sheikh-ul-Insaf Dr (Hon) Imran Khan announced to hold even Bigger Protest which will "Trump all other protests the World has seen in the past".

Although, Islooites are still taking a few days to regain their equilibrium and return to the mundane normalcy of their everyday lives. However, they will surely be glad to know that, the element of drama, the extreme positions, the fever pitches and disappointments, the fear of a showdown and, above all, the unveiling of the face of a determined is all coming again. Hurray, Islooites are going to enjoy another Week-Off.

Addressing a Press Conference in Islamabad, Sheikh-ul-Insaf Imran Khan said that he had kept his party members on standby for the protest, which is why, he said, he had earlier announced a Seven-Point Agenda, i.e. alike Sheikh-ul-Islam Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri's Seven-Point Agenda.

"Being a political party, we hold the right to lodge protests. About Two Million people in the United Kingdom took to the streets in order to protest the Iraq Killings (War to be exact)", said Sheikh-ul-Insaf.

Sheikh-ul-Insaf said that he will soon lead the protest "To get Free and Fair Elections conducted in the Country", i.e. yet another incident of mimicking Sheikh-ul-Islam Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri's Agenda.

Kujh Sanu Maran Da Shauq Ve Se (کجھ سانو مرن دا شوق وی سی) : Tahir-ul-Qadri

Not only March came early this year, it was a bit longer too, along with Political Suicidal Madness that brought turmoil complicated by Election-Year factors. However, the "D-Square" did not turn into "Tahrir Square". And so the dream, heady and powerful while it lasted, had to come to an end.

It was not to be, not because the people of the city were cruel but because we desired to die (کجھ سانو مرن دا شوق وی سی), i.e. even within a Bullet and Bomb Proof Container. Those non-cruel but still indifferent people might have paid heed to the words but they were not sufficiently moved to turn the words into action.

The obstacles of the Federal and Punjab Governments notwithstanding, the Tehreek-e-Minhajul Quran’s "Long March" came nowhere near the "Million" mark claimed by it Chief Sheikh-ul-Islam Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri. People in small numbers continued to join those assembled in the Kilometer-Plus D-Square space in front of Parliament House in Islamabad.

While the long march was impressive the numbers, for the most part, remained under-strength. It was a huge crowd and Sheikh-ul-Islam’s followers stayed put despite the inclement weather. But D-Square did not turn into Tahrir Square. And thus, Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri, the proponent of "Hussaniat" had to beg a "Honorable Return Agreement" from the Government, the followers of the "Yazidiat".

Elections in the present circumstances would mean a mere change of faces, and Sheikh-ul-Islam Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri wanted them delayed indefinitely until Pakistan’s endemic politics-based corruption is rooted out. These calls for sweeping reforms have riled both the ruling Pakistan Peoples Party and the loyal Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) opposition. The means Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri is advocating to pursue demands for "Good Governance" may be wrong. Political parties decried such means quite rightly, but why did they remain silent about people’s cries for good governance? Most politicians view him not as a champion of reform but as a tool of those with their own agenda. The question bedeviling most analysts, a majority of whom trashed Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri’s "Invisible" agenda without taking issue with the stated one, is: who put Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri forward?

Mistake not the writing on the wall. This country is not destined for "Pakistan Spring", a localized version of Arab Spring. Our stars are not aligned in that direction. The Status Quo is too entrenched and those who feed off it will frown at any maverick attempt to disturb it.

Musical Chair resumes at LoC

After a decade of suspension, the Musical Chair Game has resumed at the strategically vital Haji Pir Pass on the Line of Control (LoC) that separates Azad Jammu & Kashmir from Indian-Occupied Jammu & Kashmir.

Haji Pir Pass is an important Geographical Feature on the Western Pir Panjal Ranges that stride across Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Indian-Occupied Jammu & Kashmir. This makes it strategic enough for both sides to vie for control whenever an opportunity presents itself. The Line of Control that divides Kashmir into being occupied by India or administrated by Pakistan is a "Temporary" feature, identifying the geographical boundary of the areas that are held by the two armies. It therefore keeps changing with every war and whenever both sides trade posts and heights.

Even when there is no war like situation, there remains a continuous effort to Improve Positions or in fact to Gain Stranglehold, resulting in Small Tactical Operations that include routine artillery firing, as well as raids in conjunction, aimed to evict the other and seize control of the commanding heights over strategic features.

Since a large part of this area is impassable and large-scale manoeuvres remain almost impossible, it essentially remains a battle for posts between India and Pakistan. These continue even as the two continues maintain a dialogue at the political level, enabling a semblance of peace, even if only at the surface.

Haji Pir has been traded between both sides in the two bigger Wars of 1965 and 1971 and in the period in between, for example in the Kargil Battle which is a strategic area because that is where supplies to Siachen pass through.

The year 2013 has dawned with similar attempt by India to gain control over a Pakistani Post in the Buttle Area of Haji Pir Pass by storming the post. Pakistan fiercely contested this aggression and forced Indian troops to retreat, thanks to Naik Muhammad Aslam (Shaheed) and his companions. However, if this attempt had been successful, it would have placed the Indian army in a better position vis-a-vis the vital Haji Pir Pass that Pakistan holds. Two days later India tried to cover the humiliation by alleging a similar Pakistani violation of the LoC and claimed that two of its soldiers had been killed, with serious charges of mutilation of the bodies by the Pakistani troops.

India media gave hours of airtime to stir passions amid jingoistic bellowing openly demanding immediate retribution. It used this opportunity to bring back its most favoured chant of Pakistan being an irresponsible and rogue nation, unworthy of any respect among the nations of the world. The propaganda has been vicious; the timing intriguing and the warmongering relentless.

As India sounded the drums of war and maligned Pakistan insidiously, the Pakistani media was busy consumed with its own "Playfulness" of the Internal Political Circus.

An important scenario to consider is that with the US & Allied Troops drawdown in Afghanistan enabling hope of the war coming to a closure there, Pakistan is now able to focus so much more on its Internal Challenges. Is it that someone out there would like Pakistan to continue to remain embroiled in a Bleeding War against Insurgencies, if those groups that have challenged the state are left unharmed?

That becomes probable if the Pakistan Army is forced to extricate its over 150,000 troops from the Western Regions to the Indian borders, again to contend with the rising possibility of a Limited Armed Conflict, i.e. alike the Kargil Battle. That way the insurgencies mushroom and Pakistan continues to remain stuck in the quagmire of internal challenges and willy-nilly is pushed closer to a state of failure under the weight of perpetual adversities. On a map of geo-political enactments, it isn’t a far-fetched possibility.

On the flip side, with the war in Afghanistan closing down, is there a possibility that heightened tensions in Kashmir and with India, can find an Alternate Employment for the various groups who till-date were conveniently engaged elsewhere, but will now be suitable diverted and found another occupation, coincidentally in the Occupied Kashmir.

This might also save Pakistan another crippling engagement with another War on Terror! The choice is India’s to determine its own way ahead. Beating war drums will become countervailing to their larger long-term interests.

The situation is going totally in the opposite direction to what "Aman Ke Aasha" presents, especially when seen in light of Indian Army Chief General Bikram Singh's recent "Aggressive Response" order to his commanders, "We expect our commanders to be aggressive, the orders are very clear: when provoked, I expect my unit commanders should fire back".

For those who read too much into the recent Doctrinal Changes of the Army, get back for another detailed reviewing. The Conventional Threat from the East is well and alive.

Altaf's Shameless Drone strikes Jinnah

Muttahida Qaumi Movement Chief Altaf Hussain struck the Founding Father of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, with a Shameless Drone and claimed that the Founding Father of Pakistan actually had a British Passport and was an agent British Monarch, King George VI.

Addressing a Party Convention, the Mutahida Qaumi Movement Chief said that the Quaid-e-Azam had confessed and vowed to remain loyal to the Monarch of England while taking oath as the First Governor General of Pakistan. Altaf added that following Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Second and Third Governor Generals of Pakistan also took the same oath.

Altaf said the Quaid-e-Azam took the oath as a "Legal Compulsion" as it was the only available legal way to take oath. He raised the point that under the same "Legal Compulsion", a Pakistani Citizen adopts Dual Nationality in another country while seeking asylum.

The MQM Chief said that if "Legal Compulsion" never cast doubts on the patriotism or loyalty of Jinnah to Pakistan, how could the loyalty of those be doubted who adopted Dual Nationality and took oaths for citizenship while seeking asylum.

Altaf further claimed that Pakistan itself was not completely independent after the partition and remained under the rule of British Monarch until 1956.

"It (Pakistan) was running under the Kingdom of King George VI until 1952 and later under Queen Elizabeth until 1956. Monarch’s rule was ended in Pakistan on 23rd March 1956" Altaf said.

Therefore, all Pakistanis were in fact British Citizens before 23rd March 1956, Altaf concluded.

As usual, Altaf Hussain distorted facts and history, and wrongly mentioned Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah's "British Indian Passport" as "British Passport", in fact, Jinnah's Passport clearly declared him a "British Subject by Birth", and not "British National".

Furthermore, Altaf Hussain did not mention Pakistan Citizen Act 1951, which became applicable on 13th April 1951 and defines laws and regulation related to the Citizenship of Pakistan.
