PTI hints at moving to Court against Laptop Scheme

Imran Khan's Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has hinted to move to Court against Punjab Government's Laptop Scheme as the party considers the Laptop Scheme as Pre-Poll Rigging.

Imran Khan thought the youngsters like him more than those Laptops and stressed youth "Not to take Laptops seriously, and only consider PTI for their vote".

Moreover, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Central Secretary Information Shafqat Mehmood alleged that the Provincial Government was utilizing the Taxpayers’ Money for an Early Election Campaign claimed that applications for getting the Laptops were sought through the SMS Number (80011) in use of the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) for its Membership Campaign.

PTI Central Spokesman expressed the fear that the parties ruling the federation and provinces would Dole out State Funds in the forthcoming elections to win over voters.

He said that PTI would move to the Higher Courts to stop Pre-Poll Rigging and to put in place a Caretaker Government of National Consensus.
