Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik, who is known to be a MI6 agent, offered US to become CIA agent as well. WikiLeaks revealed.
According to the whistle blower WikiLeaks, Rehman Malik had offered US all the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) record, so that it could easily track anyone who it suspected to be involved in terror-mongering.
Rehman Malik as a token of thanks for aiding Pakistan came up with the offer of transferring Nadra’s record of millions of Pakistanis to US spy agencies. He also suggested signing an agreement between US and his private London based Spy Agency 'Shaffaf Limited' to make it look legal, save the Pakistan Peoples’ Party government from any embarrassment to boot, and off course to earn bread and butter.
Shaffaf Limited's office address is Shaffaf Limited, Suite 101-102, 38 Edgware Road, London, W2 2EW. The same address where reportedly Prime Minister of Pakistan Yousaf Raza Gillani and PPP party Chairman Bilawal Zardari had a lunch.

He has submitted Shaffaf Private Limited Company’s accounts of Company # 03908422, and annual returns until 15th February 2012, the accounts made up to 31st May 2010.
