A stupid San Diego diver and treasure hunter, Bill Warren woes to continue search for Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden. He hopes to find Bin Laden's dead body by scanning the Arabian Sea with active sonar (Sound Navigation And Ranging).
Warren said his main motivation is to try and see if the US government was telling the truth about bin Laden’s death and burial at sea.
He further said that the US government's track record proves that they have a tendency to lie in defense affairs.
Moreover, Warren hopes not to have an encounter with Somali pirates.
