The Zardari Network of Pakistan has granted the status of Most Favoured Nation (MFN) to India, for a commission of not less than 10%, following the approval of the Federal Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani.

Later, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has taken this decision keeping in view all the help and support India provided to PPP during Zia Dictatorship.

Pakistan, she said, has already granted MFN status to hundred countries including China for boosting its regional trade for the benefit of the country.
