Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik has proposed a formula of turning outlaws into inlaws for bringing long lasting peace in Karachi.
Rehman Malik said "In order to bring a long lasting peace in Karachi, first of all, we will have to engage with the outlaws. And after establishing relationship with them, we can pursue them, and turn those outlaws into inlaws."
