Accountability or Clean Chit Authority?

Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa Accountability Department function has been changed to Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa Clean Chit Issuance Authority.

Now the authority KPI would be to issue more and more clean chits to innocent politicians and bureaucrats.
